This is the best Chemist in the local area, staff are fantastic, helpful and friendly nothing is to much trouble

It would be great if the person with the highest authority to dispense actually arrived on time I. E. 9.00am when the doors open so customers aren't kept waiting unnecessarily for 15 mins to dispense non- medicinal eye drops on prescription. Service without smiles...

Best chemist ever, staff are so helpful and accommodating. Even more so during these Covid times. I can ring up place order and collect at a safe time.
Brilliant and thank you all for helping me and keeping me safe. I have health issues and my treatment at hospital is on hold, glad to be able to rely on help from Rhoads staff.

Been in today with an irritable, swollen eye and could not be happier with the service I received. Member of staff such a polite and helpful lady and nothing is ever too much trouble for her.

Dreadful considering it's the only chemist close by and serves the village community! The girl behind the counter was so rude I actually walked out and drove to Codsall to get some medicine! Disgusting!

Shockingly slow service.

Good chemist, but shouldn't have to wait for 25 minutes to get my prescription. Needs sorting.
