Excellent service will always try to assist

Mainly NHS. Small retail area but also access to consulting room for confidentiality. NOT limited to the 2 practices within the health centre. Delivery service. Electronic prescription service

Poor service today. Waited for 30 minutes to receive a repeat prescription given that I had submitted the request seven days before. Many people who arrived after me were served first. Eventually a young lady asked for my details again and I was served within two minutes. Shambolic!

Very customer and safety concious

Service is appalling.

Queing system is daft, waiting in the rain, 2 at a time allowed in, 2nd entrance from surgery, waiters not sent out to allow you to pick up your already dispensed prepared prescription - have changed prefered chemist never again!

Close for lunch - really?
Back again and prescription not ordered from 3 day ago. "Its the nurse's fault for not putting URGENT on the form". Its the Co-Op fault for not operating a sufficient service and not supporting the public at this difficult time. Have they considered opening on Saturdays? Having members of staff on late shift checking and ordering medicines?
