This is a pharmacy at site of medical centre by Bury Knowle Park. Have pushed google map flag toward correct location. Have reported telephone problem to pharmacy: telephoned 5 times... once engaged (busy), once got through. Previous 3 times it was answered by an very muffled scarcely intelligible muffled mumble ... ending with a muffled long tone... seemed to be an answer phone, though Pharmacy report they don't have one.
Boots need to find out what is up with their line/service provider - make sure any 1571/answerphone service/hardware is definitely turned off or disconnected.

I collect my prescriptions here, forwarded from the GP surgery next door. Generally efficient service, very helpful senior pharmacist who is always willing to discuss medication and any issues arising (separate office available for confidentiality).

Every time I come here there is a queue, and never more than one person serving. Unless you ask -which I do. It’s so frustrating. The staff are usually helpful and friendly but not always. I am here at the moment waiting for my husband -he has been waiting for nearly 20 minutes. There were only three or four people ahead of him when he arrived. Only one person serving. Grrr! Now I can hear other people complaining of disorganisation and prescriptions not being ready. Everyone seems very frustrated. Someone from management needs to intervene.

This Boots is so massively disorganised. It really needs new management and a shake up. Prescriptions are invariably late (I returned on 5 consecutive days one month after being told it would be ready). About the worst and slowest Boots I have ever encountered. The Regional Manager should take a close look.

Poor service over the phone. The person who took my call and no manners and sounded like i was disrupting her day..It's not the best way to answer to anyone even more to someone in need of medical supplies. Please give customer service training to the people that serve in there

Right next to a large gp surgery and getting lots of business but does not want to employ staff so long queues and when eventually served, you then wait a ridiculous amount of time to collect your medicines. Boots should sort this out. People are already saying it enough.

The last time I went I was only given half a prescription without it being explained. This time I went to pick up a prescription because it said it was open on a Saturday and it was closed. How irresponsible! Why say you are open when you not and leave me in a position where I am having to get emergency prescription.

My second visit to collect prescription as they forgot to put lt through until I came to collect, hopefully the people who take over in a week or so are better.
