Though they did not have the product I needed to get my travel certificate, the kind gentleman behind the pharmacy checkout counter directed me to another spot in the city that had what I needed. He also provided me with a backup option if that did not work out. Excellent service.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to.
Epitome of mismanagement.
Only one counter remains open most of the time, despite long queues. The staff are clueless about which medicine is located where.
You may think you'll pop in to collect your prescription and be done in 5 mins. You couldn't be more wrong. Be prepared to waste minimum 40-45 mins for the most basic things here. And after wasting so much time, they might tell you that 'Oops! We don't have what you're looking for. Come back tomorrow'. So you go back the next day and waste another 40-45 mins.

Great prices for Covid-19 rapid tests.

I was forced to try Boots Pharmacy again this week as my regular pharmacist is unable to source my repeat medication.
After an absence of several years it seems nothing has changed. For over a day and a half they ignored their phone. Mentions of Boots in reviews of them and nearby pharmacies often mention queues of 45 mins or longer; as I have mobility issues that is physically impossible for me so I can't just turn up and hope.
After so long without improvement I'm forced to conclude that Boots are setting staff levels according to a budget and not to a desired quality of service. I'll not be back.

Rubbish at the job, couldn’t be bothered. Staff dumber than can be reasonably expected. Computers seem to be ritual machines that tap out arbitrary prescription elements. For quality control, this was for 11/09/2022, I’d fire the entire rotation post-noon. Nuke from orbit, it’s the only way to be sure.

Constantly understaffed. Have to queue up for an hour to get something minimal done. A depressing and generally bleak place to spend time in.

Worst pharmacy ever. Pharmacist just disappeared for an hour and missed all their scheduled vaccine appointments with no explanation. Store refused to give refunds for the missed vaccines as well.
