Polite and friendly staff.and nothing is to much trouble

Rude and incompetent.
One of the ladies behind the counter is attentive, courteous listen to your questions and can process the information provided. The other, slightly younger, is completely the opposite. Rude, doesn't listen, jumps into conclusions and smirks at customers.
To add to this, this chemist have messed up my prescriptions in the past several times.
My personal advice is to get in your car and drive to any chemist in the area instead.

One of the worst pharmacies around. There are some nice-ish staff, but a couple of them are brusque and ill-equipped, argumentative, and shouldn't be in the job. One of the pharmacists is known to have to made errors (admittedly corrected), but errors none the less. As a village pharmacy, where else is there to go? Wouldn't go there if there was a nearer alternative.

Really rude only went for a prescription and had my head ripped off.... 🙄

Very helpful staff a credit to the community

Excellent pharmacy staff are always helpful professional and go the extra mile.. they are an asset to our village

One of the worst pharmacies around. The staff (especially one lady) who is extremely rude, and talks about customers terribly in front of them .
The rest of the staff including the Pharmacist, are extremely unprofessional and unhelpful .

Avoid at all costs.
