Your Health Pharmacy- Mount Vernon Cancer Centre

The delays at the pharmacy are unacceptably long. Today, 11 December 2020, after being told by the consultant that the medication would be ready at pharmacy, my wife had to wait 45 minutes. I would be satisfied if this was a unique experience but previous experience is consistent - that waiting times are long. The pharmacy appears to be adequately staffed but it doesn't seem to be well managed.

We had his medication delivered today. Didn't know that this was possible. It's a very good service from a very good hospital.

Very caring, friendly nurses and staff,. The pharmacy is brilliant with an excellent delivery service and most helpful professional staff. This hospital has made an awful experience bearable.
