Staff are fantastic, extremely helpful and very respectful. If I had to pick between this chemist in Pickering, the next town over or Lloyds Pharmacy in Malton, then I would happily make the half hour round trip to this pharmacy.

Very rude counter staff. I went in for a support bandage and unfortunately picked a large size. I have very small wrists. I returned within one minute and explained what I'd done, the lady on the counter dismissed me and said once it's left the shop that's it, no exchange. She had a very bad manner and was cold. As a customer you'd think they'd have a bit of empathy and decent manners.....very unpleasant, avoid and take your hard earned cash elsewhere!

When asking an assistant if she could recommend something for a gastric problem, she referred me to the pharmacist . Not only was he helpful, but he went the extra mile in explaining the problem and gave helpful advice and recommendations.
It makes a change to have someone give you their time so willingly.

I only went in for some Alka seltzer. After numerous questions ,I was told I couldn't have any , as they were not licensed to. Due to me having blood pressure. I therefore went 2 doors down to Boots. No problem. I can even get them in Tesco's, no bother. .

£1 a mask. Thanked the staff and said I'd leave it. To be muttered about and glared at while leaving. Went to boots and got a packet for a fraction of the price.

Incredibly rude, unhelpful staff. The main pharmcaist spoke to me in a appallingly rude manner. Avoid! - go to a proper chain pharmacy.
