Well Leicester - Aikman Avenue

Bad experience with I'll mannered staff.

After waiting 10 minutes to be served, because the person at the counter was paying for 5 different individual shopping orders, I eventually was served. I was advised that it could take up to 30 minutes. So I decided to wait as it was raining. During the 45 minutes I had been waiting, with a queue formed up to the door, a gentleman and 2 elderlyiladies also handed their prescriptions in and were in receipt of them as I still waited. I approach the counter and enquired on the whereabouts my prescription was. I was informed that it was still in the queue. All I was waiting for was 2 boxed inhalers. My God what appalling service. Understaffed, lacking get up and go, totally disastrous service. While I was sat waiting, people in the queue were also complaining at the lack of service. I cancelled my medication and instructed them to dispose of the prescription. I had to choose 1 star to allow this to be posted. I will never use this pharmacy again and I hope other people follow suit.....Disgraceful!!!

Unfortunately an awful experience today. Very poor customer service, exceptionally rude, unhelpful and complete lack of empathy, not what I would expect at a pharmacy.

Awful pharmacy. Take forever to do even the simplist of tasks. Completely unable to prioritise.

Woman on the counter was so unhelpful it hurt my soul!
Telling everyone how busy they are, barking at the customers. Took me 2 calls to my doctors to get the issue sorted.

Friendly staff ordered my meds within 24hrs
