This place is an absolute joke. They've left my elderly mother without vital medication on many an occasion. Mum orders well in advance too. After another call from a distressed Mum today I rang yet again to see what the issue was - they can't deliver Mum's medication because they haven't got a driver. This medication included Asthma medication, Painkillers and medication for heart failure. My Mum now is supposed to wait until Monday for her meds to be delivered and she's completely out.
I did ask if a member of staff could perhaps pop them in on the way home - only to be told no one drives (?)
I'm absolutey disgusted with this place - I've also heard that they like talking down to people who go in and complain.
Believe me - my complaints will now be going to the highest level possible.
If you want medication on time and when you need it - AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

Up to the counter with antihistamines - no recognition at all.
Stood there for 2 minutes & nobody bothered even to say hello or I'll be with you shortly - subtly coughed & finally someone said (without making eye contact from behind a screen) I'll be with you shortly.
Walked out and went up to the Medical Centre pharmacy instead - bloody rude!

Shockingly poor - and even dangerous. Incorrect strength of medication, incorrect quantities and just plain 'lost' items - you name it they've done it to me. They couldn't organise a tea-party in a Tetley's factory.

Oh - and did I mention rude too?

This recent review has been yet again edited, as service has gone down hill. My last prescription had two missing items. Although I'll admit that previous to this, they were 100% correct on the previous last three consecutive months. This should be the norm, but unfortunately, the norm is having to go back for missing items. Why nobody checks the ordered prescribed items are all there before handing over the prescriptions, is beyond me and obviously it is potentially dangerous! This has happened on a number of occasions last summer. One Pharmacist, (not the Manager) said I should check before I leave the store. That's not practical as I often need someone else to pickup the prescriptions and they wouldn't know what was meant to be there. Also, IT'S THEIR JOB, to ensure the patient gets all what is prescribed by the GP. Some of the staff here are better than others. One staff member (not a Pharmacist just an assistant, I might add) has not learned any customer service skills and thinks she runs the place. She is ruining the business with her hostile attitude towards any complaints or issues you inevitably face. Nonetheless, the Manager/Pharmacist is lovely, and the only reason, I have persisted, to use this Pharmacy. Plus it's within walking distance from my home. From my experience, poor communication between the staff members is the main issue. The company, Well, has operational problems, as they split the prescriptions between two sites. Their computer system should be effective to cordinate this, but either way, the staff obviously have not yet mastered it. At the moment, my conscience means I cannot recommend them to anyone else.

Extremely polite, friendly, well informed and offered fantastic advice. Prices are well within recommended prices too. Sound observation of COVID19 safety policy and precautions.

The chemist doesn't deliver on a sat but the lovely ladies that work on the pharmacy went out their way and delivered my prescription medication to my house when I was unable to get there to pick up, as I was too poorly to go out. Cannot be more grateful for such a wonderful service and kind staff. Thank you so much !

Wonderful staff, they were able to help when other pharmacies couldn’t with a complicated prescription from dermatology. They were friendly, supportive, gave advice and did it all with a smile! I would highly recommend.

Utterly mucked up our prescription. Didn’t tell us that they were out of stock for 12 days and then got very defensive!
Then tried to make amends by speaking to dr ( without our consent) and ordering a lower dosage.
Have gone elsewhere.
