Looks like I'm just adding too the narrative... doors locked early.. opening times show 18:00 close? Doors locked and turned away by a young rude female 10 minutes before. I work retail. If someone turns up at 30secs before close they leave with everything they need. Regardless of extra time taken. Doors are open until then.

Staff are very efficient and have a wide range of knowledge on a lot of medical issues. The advice, as well as the service is always spot on

Shocking! I'm picking up important meds for my parents which they never have in stock. They are mostly closed! To top it all off one member of staff was particularly rude. They NEVER answer the phone!!!! How can they run a business like this with vulnerable people relying on them!

Absolutely terrible service, medication not in stock so promised to return to spine, go to the next chemist and the west earlham Lloyds haven’t returned it to the spine! Called and called no one picks up the phone. It’s poorly managed and under stocked avoid

Useless pharmacy.. never have prescription on time.. items missing. Or just not available.. after waiting a week to get them.. So slow and unorganised. Staff members.. worst chemist,just as the doctors in West earlham centre.

Well after being with this pharmacy on a regular basis. They can never organise anything. They have a week to sort out a prescription yet every week there was an issue. I don't trust the staff as they are two faced and couldn't organise a bunk up in a brothel!

I have had problems all year getting my repeat prescriptions, they want you to order 7 days at least in advance when you can't put the order in to the doctor until 7 days before then you queen for ages only to be sent away when you are running out of medicine
