Waited outside whilst an elderly lady had trouble with her umbrella. It took some time kids were in the car I offered assistance but she didn’t hear me. So I waited. No problem. Get inside and the older lady was stood looking at medications. So I go straight to the counter for some painkillers. The lady serving just said “she’s first”. Ok no problem. I have kyphosis and had to wait 15mins. I was not happy with the lady serving who had just been transferred. Just because I’m younger doesn’t mean I’m not in pain. My transaction took less than a minute. I’m a very polite customer focused individual and have never ever written any complaints ever. This lady who seemed so popular with the customers needs some re training I believe.

All available online sources say this place opens at 9am, however: shutters up and staff inside and they’re turning old people away in the cold and saying that actually it’s 10am they open. Sort your selves out and advertise the correct times then.

I had issue with my pre Christmas delivery. But the phone call from them made up for it everything rectified immediately and delivered immediately to me

Very rude staff, not sure they understand what customer service is or good service. Went in querying and the look was enough!!!

Won't sell you eye drop for conjunctivitis unless you go to the opticians first, I've bought them in there before and have never been asked to go to a optician before hand.. never mind I'll spend my money else where.

Very disappointed with this pharmacy it’s only open occasionally and the prescriptions still go there even though you can’t collect them time for a better service in Hannah street ☹️
