Well Butetown - Loudon Square

Very conveniently located in the same building as surgery, they can be quite busy at times because they are serving two surgeries plus the general Bute street residences. From my experience they got the medications you need most of the times and the staff are friendly.

Been going here for years to pick up my pills every 6 months. Used to be great but lately the staff seem over worked. Used to walk in, grab my pills in minutes and leave. Had to go in on 3 separate occasions this time. There were no customers in front of me. Handed my slip and waited for 15 minutes. Other customers entered and their pills were sorted right away while I'm still waiting. I eventually left without them as I couldn't stay any longer. Its taken a total of 2 weeks between getting hold of a doctor and actually having my pills in my hand. Something that used to take 2 days at most. Not sure if it's new staff or new managment. But somethings changed for the worst in 6 months.

The young staff are really rude and unprofessional every time my dr say I can get my meds from the pharmacy and its ready but they alway talking to each other and service 5/6 mins later and my meds are never ready. First time okay that fine I’ll come bck but it is always and they say they don’t have it which annoying

Real poor experience here pharmacists constantly late arriving to work making customers wait outside for periods of 10 15 mins shameful keep loosing prescriptions an causing major unessential stressors

I understand you're busy, but not being able to answer the phone AT ALL for two days?
Just when I need to see if a repeat prescription can be collected?

This place it s an absolute joke , after years of picking my medication from them today they suggested me to take my prescription and go away , the staff is way to ignorant

So this is an edit for the new staff that have at this store. So I suffer with mental health and today after coming from to see my Dr because I'm extremely mentally unwell. And the pharmacy got busy pretty quick which of course is no ones fault but my friend asked the girl that served him behind the counter at approximately 17:30 if she could prioritise which of course if they can't not a problem but the attitude from her in an already busy pharmacy but the Girl behind the counter was extremely rude and not quiet in an already busy pharmacy and I was sat at the back and I heard her. I then had to walk out from shear imbarrassment which made me feel even more anxious than what I already did due to the busyness of the store at the time. My friend also had to retract the prescription as the items on there I was prescribed on a emergency to see me through with my mental health by my Dr to help me cope over the next week. I will not be returning here again as since the old staff including Dorris has left the staff are ultimately very rude. These staff should be very careful with how they speak to people as we are still patients at the end of the day and like myself could effect my mental health.

Unhelpful, rude , unfriendly staff, prescriptions are never ready on time, staff appear to lack experience in the workplace, school kids.
