Excellent help today with covid testing. Went out of the way to help.

Appalling customer service and complete ineptitude. In any other retail sector they would be quickly unemployed. Staff with an inflated sense of ego who believe they are doing customers a favour by do the most basic requirements of their job and even then doing it poorly. They rather be argumentative than helpful. From loosing prescriptions, to prescriptions never being ready on time with the same nonsense of an hour wait to open a few draws and grab a few bits of medication. To a complete unwillingness to help customers or understanding of urgency relating to the customers health matters. Even as far as asking customers if they can do without doctors prescribed medication potentially putting customers health at risk. Terrible stock levels and no attempt to communicate shortages to customers or solutions just a terrible culture of “not my job”. An embarrassment to their employer.

Reading other reviews there is clearly a pattern of poor customer service which doesn’t seem to matter to senior management. I made an online prescription order days ago. I have only now had the time to collect thinking it would be waiting for me but oh no. Now I have a 30 minute wait while they put it in a bag and rude isn’t the word, very very poor service all round. Avoid this chain of rubbish!!!

Always helpful, always friendly. Really appreciate the service this pharmacy provides. They have helped numerous times to sort out repeat prescriptions etc when we've had issues with the surgery not knowing where the script has gone. Thank you!

Sick off the opening times can never get my medication this is the worst chemist around its awfull can never get my meds worst chemist ive ever had ive had to take my prescription to fleur because of how awful this chemist is and on top of all of this they have 2 in the same town and they are awful worst chemist and doctors around if i were anyone reading this take your mediction elsewhere
