I stopped having my repeat prescriptions from lloyds,too many chiefs not enough Indians,medicines not ready,stopped using their repeat service,only this week 27th Feb 2016 My wife went to get her Medes still not ready,she will also stop using their service

Staff are always happy and friendly. Never had a problem with them and been using their repeat prescription services for over 5 years, always ready when I've gone to pick up.

Every month there is a problem never on time, berly get it right . the final straw I phoned today to find out where my order was, they said they tried to deliver it. I didn't even get told it was being delivered in fact ever since Karen left its all gone to pot infact 1 of the cashier was a bit rude I'm not a Karen soccor mom type but this women hasn't been there 5 minutes apparently her husband is the delivery driver I'm not impressed I'm usually a good judge of character but didn't get any redeeming qualities from either. I was quite poorly. I asked if it can be redelivered only to be told they don't do that. That's new on me as this has been done before. I'm so annoyed I have put up with all sorts of problems ever since the most professional Karen and have been patient but this is the final straw. I will be asking to use another pharmacy. Come back Karen you are sorely missed the only one that was holding my loyalty there was you and Lisa. Shocking how bad its gone.
They struck again they missed my month meds I've been so confused I wasn't sure when they delivered it turns out they didn't pick up November's script at all but did try and blame us. I expected all splutter of excuses. No redeeming qualities. My daughter went to collect meds they said they did but my privacy button was on. BIG FAT LIE BECAUSE NO DELIVERY WAS MADE AS THE SURGERY SAID THE LAST PRESCRIPTION WAS IN OCTOBER.

My daughter had come to get medication for poorly granddaughter was instantly told to "Get Out" because she didn't have a mask on !! Not even pausing to enquire whether my daughter was exempt or for her to buy one!! Then after making her stand outside with the screaming baby who has severe tonsillitis actually Refused to sell my daughter calpol that she needed to bring the baby's high temp down!! Absolutely shocking and disgusting behaviour!!! You are in the wrong job if you cannot show any compassion!!🤬🤬🤬🤬

Best chemist in Barry, stall always friendly & will go out of there way to be helpful.

Wow 🤣 From my experience today they were off their heads on something! They're in need of some customer service skills, Listening, Communication skills also. Can't find prescription that has been dispensed one hour ago let alone a routine prescription collected from the surgery next door. Maybe they were having an off day 🤪

Hard work with repeat Prescriptions

Can't say I've ever had a positive experience here. Some of the front of shop staff are rude and unhelpful.
