Worst experience ever. Staff telling us one thing one week then completely different the next. Given alternative medicine on occasions as original on prescription out of stock every time. Then told on 3rd visit cannot be given alternative as has to be what's on prescription. Make the rules up as they go along.

Its a service is terrible. Maybe the staff are too few and overworked. I think probably the higher management are to blame. On the phone on and off all afternoon trying to ascertain if they have the prescription pain medication I need, but no one answered the phone.

If you only need a one off prescription and you have an 30 minutes to an hour to wait for your medication by all means you can get the job done.

Don't expect this pharmacy to be organised when managing repeat prescriptions. They constantly mess up orders and expect you to hang about endlessly as if you have nothing better to do with your time.

The pharmacists and assistants are rude, unhelpful and lack compassion or understanding. They never pick up the phone if you do call them. The queuing system is long and often busy in the store due to the fact they are really incompetent. They have messed up numerous orders and I have had countless times where ive turned up and medication is not there or not ready to collect. There's a lot of waiting about.

They cause a lot of stress and problems and are unreliable. If you want a pharmacy that doesn't present you with constant annoyance I'd strongly advise going elsewhere. It beggars belief that other pharmacy's can do the job efficiently without grief and hassle.

I hope the owner of Lloyd's see this review and takes drastic action to resolve the poor service this store is conducting it's business in and addresses the complaints raised here in the feedback and other reviews.

I personally will never use a Lloyd's pharmacy again as they are one of the absolute worst pharmacies in the UK. Having used 2 others I can confidently say they're substandard, provide zero confidence and have poor customer service.

I've written this review whilst calling them 6 times with no answer.

Repeatedly told repeat prescription was ready, only to be told after queueing not ready or even not enough stock! Just tried phoning over ten times over three hour period to see if scrip was received and/or ready and got no reply. Phone left ringing. Surely they could email or SMS people on repeat prescriptions to say when they will be ready? Absolute shambles and disorganised.

The worst chemist ever. You'll have to to queue 4 times to get a simple cream. Once to put the script in, and be told it will be at least half an hour, second time when you go back to be told that they'll have to order it. The third time (two days later, and over half an hour this time) to be told they don't check the items when they come in so could I come back in an hour, AND QUEUE UP AGAIN!

My husband and I were both booked for flu jabs for today 22/10/21. Mine was 11.10am and my husbands for 12.10. (We are both over 60) The appointments were confirmed by email. I turned up for mine at 11am. A large notice was put up on the counter screen stating all flu jabs have been cancelled until further notice. No email sent to inform me of this and I had to walk through the shop passing a line of people to be able to read the notice. At least the notice should have been at the front of the shop. We have never had a flu jab before and we were a bit apprehensive. We wiil wait now until called for covid booster jab. Hopeless service.

Lovely store with some good products and offers. Staff are friendly and always do their best. Unfortunately they put up with a lot of abuse from customers for situations which they have no control over, like GPS not sending prescriptions over and pharmacist not turning up. People should think before they blame the wrong people!

Not the fault of the branch but my wife and I had flu jabs booked on consecutive days. I was cancelled and the e mail told me to contact the branch I tried over 20 times no joy. I turned up with my wife who had not been cancelled to be told they were not being done. No apology or suggestion what we should do next in fact the branch did not seem to care and the generic mail from Lloyds which did not seem to know who had cancelled the appointment was useless.
