Omg....last time I use this Pharmacy..Used to be Pearns now Knights, unfortunately still same rude staff..Served by staff member "grey hair with dodgy purple rinse" attitude as bad as the hair.
No customer skills what so ever.
I have worked for NHS on a busy acute ward...No excuse for bad manners...I would also ask if they have the medication you require in stock, before you hand over prescription...very poorly stocked and they appear to have trouble ordering basic meds in..

Very rude staff , not helpful, just careless and unkind in general, and the owner Mr Pearn , does not care if you make a complaint, rude too.
I heard people saying the same.

I have used used this pharmacy for many years and have always found the staff polite , helpful and knowledgeable , Throughout the Covid crisis they have faced previously unseen pressures , including putting themselves at risk daily . They deserve our thanks and respect. JD

The staff don't seem to know or understand what an emergency prescription refill is..... Force you to waste time for yourself and the NHS. I have used these guys since I was a kid, the staff are not like they used to be at all.
