Having to use the pharmacy often can be a pain. Endless waiting around, people coughing and spluttering everywhere, and to not enough room. This pharmacy may not be big but it definitely has pace and efficiency. We have used 6 different pharmacies over the past 5 years and this is the best in Bridgend. It services the community well.

An excellent pharmacy which really goes the extra mile for customers. Literally. You can arrange door to door delivery of repeat prescriptions. It’s a good place to get expert advice on medicines, which might even save you a trip to the GP. They seem to be more efficient than many other pharmacies, because you don’t seem to spend long waiting for prescriptions.

Whoever is answering the phone needs to find a new job as they just clearly ain't happy with what they are doing all I asked was a question and was greated awful rudely!

Moved to the area in April of last year and have used the pharmacy since then. The staff are always polite and happy to help with any queries that I have.

Fantastic service. Phoned to GP for a prescription. Was told to pick it up from surgery, but within 3hrs I had had it delivered by Cefn Glas Pharmacy. Saved me going out. Brilliant service

Have been with Sheppards Pharmacy at Cefn Glas for about 5 years. They have been a very reliable and friendly pharmacy and we can't fault them.

Hate this place and the pharmacist with glasses is a real jobs worth also the older female assistant always looks so miserable I have never seen her smile and never says thank you
