This pharmacy attracts people because it is based in Sainsbury’s. Hence it has got free parking and you can collect your medication while you shop.
Did I just say that you could collect your medication while shopping - WRONG!
The pharmacist or the people employed there have no ownership and are least bothered what happens to your repeat script.
This is the worst Lloyd’s pharmacy in the area and I would avoid it like a plague.
If you don’t believe me, just stand in the queue and almost everyone will be turned back without their medication and you could witness this!!

I have to say my allegedly repeat script is never ready ..and off they go through all the boxes to say "when was it ordered?" And I usually say I dont know I signed a form to allow you to order/process/ dispense. Usually the reply is "how may meds do you have left?" And I say well I'm here what does that tell you 🙄 ?! .
Can I just point out that Lloyd's pharmacy is nothing to do with sainsburys . They just rent a place instore . So complaints should go directly to Lloyd's not Sainsburys .

Absolutely shambolic. Be prepared to wait your life away. Utter chaos. Come on guys this is 2018, surely there must be more efficient systems you can use apart from sifting through every script, shelf, box etc????
One star is too generous to be honest.

I have visited this store for many years ,the staff are amazing and have always offered me fantastic advice especially with my 3 young children , I do believe the shop is understaffed but from what I have seen they go above and beyond for their customers .well done to them your customer service is outstanding I hope the managers of your store appreciate​ everything you do ! Keep up the good work

Dropped off a prescription for my 3months old daughter, was told it was an hour wait at 11am, rather than wait I went home as my daughter was due her milk. Went back down at 2:30pm to be told that I couldn't pick up the prescription for an hour as the pharmacist was on lunch, REALLY!!! I worked in a pharmacy and I know that the pharmacist would have already authorized and signed at the point of completing the prescription which surely should have been done between 11am and 2:30pm. Usually I wouldn't write review but the prescription was for my 3month old daughter!!!!

Terribly disorganised. The team have now twice forgotten to reorder my mothers repeat prescription! Every month I'm now expecting another excuse as to why her medication isn't there on time.

Usually very friendly and helpful. One member of staff will sometimes talk to you in a judgemental way when there’s an issue caused by a delay between the surgery and the pharmacy. Not appropriate, especially if someone is potentially vulnerable at that moment.

The staff and pharmacist here are very kind and caring and even though it can be very busy they take their time to help and explain things and answer any questions you have about medication. Thank you.
