Its 14.00 on a Tuesday I've been stood outside for 40 minutes shops shut

Trying to get through on the phone is impossible,I wouldn't have expected such a thing happening coming from such a company,i don't understand why they cant get a YTS to answer their phones for them,they wouldnt even have to pay their wages because the job centre would be paying it,in the store though they are hard workers,I must be honest,best in Cardiff I have to say,its just the bloody phones need to be answered,why cant a robot be answering the phones?

One star and that’s too many. My husband went to get my prescription and was told they didn’t have one of the tablets and to come back next week. I wouldn’t take them at all if I didn’t need them. Rang them 199 times and then they put the phone down on me. Never again !!

Didn't even want to comment on this place because that would mean giving them a star they clearly don't deserve. This chemist is absolutely disgusting they never answer there phones when you report it they take the phone off the hook so its engaged for hours. They have no respect towards there customers and speaks down to them. This place needs staff who are going to treat the customers and patients with the respect any humanbian deserves.
