Knights Wedal Road Pharmacy

Absolutely disgraceful and rude service from the manager of the pharmacy. I have been mistreated and left without medication for a week ( medication which should not be stopped suddenly). I've been told loads of lies from the manager and even though I suffered a week of withdrawal symptoms he still didn't apologize. The help was right there but I received none of it. Unfortunately I'll be making a formal complaint to the NHS and General Pharmaceutical Council as this had a big impact on my wellbeing plus I won't want other people to suffer unnecessarily as I did. In the end I had to attend with a support of my partner and in the future I will always bring someone with me to avoid the abuse or being neglected.

Great staff, very nice pharmacy - clean and well stocked. Quick and efficient service always with a smile, and brilliant proximaty to the doctor's surgery (upstairs) for picking up prescriptions. thank you!

The staff at this pharmacy are excellent, I have regular contact with them re my life long prescription requirements and they cannot be faulted. Everytime, I attend the premises I am always greeted with a smile and friendly approachable. Sunesh, ia a great asset to the company. He undertakes my medication reviews thoroughly and it is a please to deal with him and all the staff. I have no hesitation in recommending the services offered at these premises.

3 hours spent over 2 days with a total of 101 calls to get through.. called another pharmacy nearby and got through instantly, walk ins obviously get priority meaning the people that cannot get to the pharmacy are left with stress.

For a pharmacy situated meters away from a health center and GP, this operates in a very casual and laid back manner. Service is slow and there appears to be a lack of adequate staffing resource. 50% of the time you'll queue only to be told the prescription item isn't in stock.

No good rude and stopped my meds because she can and it gives the staff some power and laughing about my health problems. If you suffer from any mental health problems stay away no good . And if you meds keep you alive then do not trust. Will let you down

Most staff are helpful However phone communication can be rude and obstructive

Throughout the pandemic these guys have been rushed off their feet. They've been nothing but professional throughout, fantastic service, thank you all.
