Most of the staff here are very friendly and helpful. They carry a full range of toiletries, cosmetics, etc (and much more).
The only reason I am not giving them five stars, is that the pharmacist is not always there on time. I (and others I have spoken to) have been there first thing in the morning, and you have to wait for him to arrive to get your prescription dispensed.

Yet again unsatisfactory customer service. It is so important to feel the person dealing with your medical needs actually has the desire to aid you in this department. Unprofessional and callous, they make you feel like they are doing you a favour although you are paying for the service.

Don't bother going there for your flu jab if you are a private customer. They can only give NHS jabs. No where on the site did it say this when I booked. I was told to come back in two weeks and there would be someone available then.

really surprised at the staff's behaviour.

Having called to check an item was in stock, I was met with a curt attitude. Not perturbed as I needed a prescription they called the pharmacist who said as I'm refusing to say what I wanted the saline for, they couldn't tell me if it was in stock. Of course, I'm not refusing to give the details. As a medical professional and needing to write the drug on the prescription, this detail is essential. I was told the item was in stock. As I arrive 20 minutes later, I was told again that as I refused to give the details, they couldn't confirm that what they had was in stock. This time, Chris Lloyd, the pharmacist said what I needed wasn't in stock.
As a Prescriber, having used multiple pharmacies over the past decade, I'm really surprised at this pharmacy's attitude. I did call them back after leaving, to check who I had spoken to. Initially I was met by a refusal to give their names in order for me to make complaint. In all honesty, if you want advice from a pharmacist I wouldn't have confidence that this is the place to attend. It would definitely be worth travelling to Newport and see Martin Davies on Caerleon road who is extremely friendly. This is no reflection on the Avicienna Partner pharmacy that they are under, as I later visited Taylor's in Hereford, who are part of the same group. Their customer service was second to none and yet, they were extremely busy in comparison.

Some of the staff are nice enough in there and are quite helpful.
