Excellent service today, I was served in a couple of minutes. The staff came outside to ask what you wanted and then brought out your prescription.
Beautiful sunny day. And everyone 2m apart. The staff looked much happier and relaxed.

Standing outside you have to shout through plastic screen what medication you need with other people standing around. No privacy at all. The pharmacist is putting medicines in a bag directly on dirty tarmac for customers to pick it up!!! No hygiene at all.

Told the girl behind the counter 4 times my name and address,got home opened bags wrong persons order,phoned them went back to crosshands from tycroes,spoke to the girl who tried to stay out of my way only to be told sorry,happening too often,time to change chemist

Very professional pharmacy with excellent bilingual staff who are very happy to help with all queries. The pharmacy is open all day 5 days a week and also a Saturday morning 9-12 and does not close for lunch. It also benefits from a 24 hour 7 day a week prescription collection point which is brilliant for myself as I work shifts and can’t always make it to the pharmacy during opening hours.

Absolutely fantastic pharmacy, helpful, informative, bilingual staff. Who provide a great service over the counter & via vending machine for 24/7 collection. Ardderchog
