Boots

I feel like the staff here need to be trained up on customer service. Every single time I've been here I've experienced rude customer service from members of staff. I was discussing this with my mum too who has also experienced this so I don't think it is just me. I find this very unusual for Boots as usually there is a friendly, helpful customer service culture. But you won't find this here.

This is a difficult one as the lady who served me on the No7 counter deserves 5 stars however my visit also involved the pharmacy which should be given 0 stars. I waited in a queue for 20 mins to hand in a prescription. Was told 20 mins to dispense it. 1 hour later I was told after I had to ask about it "oh sorry we don't have any nor can we get any" appalling service from the pharmacy!

Absolute shocking service, the pharmacy never up put the items and then u have wait half hour for them to do it. I'm sorry but this is out of order my mum keeps running out of medication cause of your shocking customer service. If you are busy shop employee more people to cover this.

Store is ok but quite often have to find staff as the tills are frequently unmanned. The pharmacy is dreadful. Inefficient, slow and ineffective and my heart sinks every time I have to join the long slow moving queue.

I have no idea what’s happened to the pharmacy staff. I’m currently stood in a queue in boots and haven’t moved in 10 minutes. I am watching the four members shuffle about and talk to each other, stare at screens, and process about one person every quarter hour. It is shocking how little haste or care they show to the fact that there is queue 10 people deep. In any other place this sort of lack of urgency would be completely against policy. How many people do you need to have on duty to do nothing?

Please start a system whereby those of us who are collecting repeat prescriptions are already dispensed can have a separate queue. It would make things move much faster for everyone, surely? With that many people on duty a counter that allows people to quickly queue, say there name, get the prescription and leave would take only a quarter of the staff working and leave the others ready to process and dispense acute prescriptions and those being brought in by hand.

It has taken me 15 minutes to write this on my phone E and I still haven’t moved at all. The customer service here is disgusting. If you took any longer I’d wager some of the people in the queue would die of their conditions so wouldn’t need to collect anything.

Boots pharmacy is always a shambles, I have to build myself up before going, knowing that I will have to spend upwards from 30 waiting then most times being told its not ready. Again on the last day of my tablets and still no text from boots to say they are ready. Needs some serious improvement

Don't send prescriptions here unless you want to queue for over an hour. It's been like this for far too long, feel sorry for the staff.

Very poor and bad pharmacist service plus rude staff.The prescription I needed was out of stock but there are alternatives and I wasn't given the option neither and I was told to look for the medicine somewhere else.I 've been off treatment for 5 days but I was lucky to find another chemist with supportive staff who gave me the options I have for my treatment so I'm ok now.
Regarding to the shop staff, I just can say that they are very nice,professional and always ready to help.
