Unfortunately have to come to this pharmacy from Rhyl area as he stocks all anti allergy baby formula here.

I have attended this pharmacy many times and always have to wait up to 30 minutes, sometimes even longer.

I’m not one to usually moan however I have just turned up here for 9:20am on a Saturday and the pharmacy is closed even though it says online it’s meant to be open from 9am.

This is shocking tbh there’s many people here waiting from 9am expecting to be served like any other normal place but the fella just isn’t here. Shocking service

The slowest service in history! Waiting outside in the cold with two small children who are poorly for over an hour! Continually having to repeat personal information whilst the pharmacist read every ingredient in the medicine! Then to be told we couldn't have the full amount of medicine because he would be low on stock! Really need to employ more staff! Really do question his pharmaceutical abilities!

I’ve heard many good things about this pharmacy over the years but tonight has been the first occasion I’ve needed to use it. I have mistakenly been firmly under the impression that it’s open twenty four hours a day seven days a week. As I have learnt this evening it actually closes at 22:00 on a Sunday. I wasn’t aware of this and it it didn’t appear that the extremely pleasant and helpful gentleman who served me (when I rocked up at 22:10 looking for something for my son’s sore throat) was aware of this fact either.
After discovering it’s not a 24hr operation and reading a number of the reviews here I’m presuming that this gentleman is Dennis? I’d like to say that he is in fact something that has in recent times unfortunately become a rarity. That is to say he really is a bona fide gentleman. The reviews you’ll find here may all sound too good to be true, but all positive comments you may read here with regard to this chap, I have no doubt will be honest and true.
Five stars without having to think about it.

This independent pharmacy knocks spots off the big name high street pharmacies. Personal and polite service every time.

Absolutely terrible waiting over an hour for a prescription which I phoned up for 3 hours prior if not longer. Absolutely disgusting attitude and no manners, avoid at all costs.

Excellent service. Who else stays open 7 days a week till 10pm every night? This pharmacist provides a service others can't. People complaining about him need to realise that no one else offers the service he does at the most antisocial hours.

So, I came on holiday short of one of my prescriptions drugs. I rang up and he gave me the number for the "Out Of Hours" GP service. I had to pick my prescription up from here. There was a bit of a wait but to be honest it was my fault I forgot to pack my medication. It was worth the little wait. He was working on his own and no doubt he's making sure that you get the correct dosage and amounts...then to here he works 7 days a week including all bank holidays!! Maybe a slow service but he's making sure that you are getting your emergency prescriptions...
