Staff are really friendly and helpful. Digital machines for print photos and print gifts are easy to use. Bit cramped in the shop due to lack of space - never too busy in there.

I took my disabled daughter in today to get her passport photo taken, Anna was very helpful, she put the ramp at the door and was very polite and friendly and put my daughter at ease, Anna took the photo first time and checked it on the government website which it passed, Anna couldn’t have made our experience any better, thanks for your help today

I went into the Northfield branch today and received the best service from George. I had already selected some photos I wanted to print from my phone but he was extremely helpful and attentive when I was unsure of how to use the equipment and even helped me crop them to size. I would highly recommended this branch especially if George is present as he puts people at ease who may want to use the services provided there but are unsure of how. Many thanks!

Visited Max Spiel mans on Northfield High Street today, however when I got there just after 2pm there was a noticed on the door saying that they would be back in 30 minutes, I went and looked around the shops and returned just after it reopened , only to find a few people in the shop already , the assistant was sorting out a renewal of a passport for a customer, and there was 2 people waiting and myself , the passport was taking a good 10 minutes to sort out, so I sat down at the photo kiosk ,as there is no seats in the shop for customers that have to wait sometimes 30 minutes due to there being no staff, the Assistant Anna served the other 2 customers chatting along no rush not even ( no I won’t keep you a minute ) so I eventually got served after 20 mins only to be told the photo copier was not working , i explained to Anna that I had been sitting here for 20 why had she not put a sign on it or let me know it was broke , she said I didn’t know what you wanted , correct Anna because you never asked me Grrrrrrr, I said that I came into the shop last year and exactly the same issue NO STAFF , I said that the customer service was VERY POOR ,very abruptly she said you can go to the library or Ryan’s , I said I know she then said or you can report me my names Anna , SO RUDE unless your buying a passport, then they spend 20 minutes sorting that out for customers and your left to wait so if you need any photocopy be PREPARED TO WAIT 20-30 MINUTES , even though they don’t have any seats GRrrrrr

Never use their service if the photo for something important as they don't have the updates of the latest requirements. I retook the photos again but they kept my the old photos with them (I asked them to cut them they've said yes but they should did it while I was there. this is privacy!!!)
