It's the second time I visited the shop ,cause I was very happy the first time with the staff ,but this time I had a more complex process and a lot of photos that I couldn't have make it without the assistance of Tom.
He was very polite,friendly and with good knowledge.
The prices and the quality are much better than other local shops as well.

Had a very good experience with this branch of Max Spielmann, one member of staff in particular helped me getting my photos printed prior to a photo exhibition, he re-printed them until they were right, very satisfied with the customer service, very friendly and professional

Fantastic shop for all things photographic. From mugs to canvas, instant print straight from your phone to frames, posters etc.. and the staff are super helpful

Hahna went out of her way to help me with my collage photo frame ans nearly spent 45 mins making it look perfect. Would definitely come again for future photos printing.

Martin was knowledgeable and helpful. Passport photos were taken and printed in about 10 minutes. For £11.99 you get 4x printed photos, a digital code to apply for passport online, and a digital copy of the photo. Really efficient service when I was there on a Sunday afternoon.

Margarita was amazing!! She completely went out of her way to help me and followed it through till the end. I was in the shop for a good half hour but she done want I wanted and continued to serve customers and help them in between. Amazing customer service from Margarita.
