Essex Pole Fitness

Have been attending for almost 3 years, at the beginning of my aerial journey. Lessons are hardwork but lots of fun, you learn lots of new skills and increase your strength. Meet some great people. So happy I took the step to join!

I have been going to classes for 2 years now. Each class is different, we learn a variety of things and it's always fun and exciting. The teachers are amazing, very supportive and the class as a whole are very friendly. It's a fun way to exercise and strengthen muscles.

Great, friendly atmosphere. Cindy knows her stuff and was supportive and helpful to a newbie like me who isn't flexible at all. Good fun. Ref recommend for those new to pole and the more experienced as well.

I have been attending classes since the beginning of the year, the instructors are amazing and friendly, the classes are great and you really do see improvements in such a short space of time, I would highly recommend this class to anyone wanting to do pole fitness !!
