Anytime I visit the staff is friendly, helpful and professional. They always know which frame would be best suited for our paintings. On most occasions I am also leaving with something pretty as their range of gifts and jewelry is lovely.

I have lost count of the number of times I have visited the gallery over the years. Not a month goes by when I spend one of my Saturday's popping in. Whether taking something I have bought elsewhere in need of both framing and artistic input from the wonderful proprietor of the store or buying a present for someone from the well curated great selection of art work in stock.

I also cannot speak any higher Sue, whom I have gotten to know of the years through my repeat custom, probably the largest reason I keep coming back in. She is tremendously friendly, helpful and has a marvellous eye for all things artsy!

Very poor. I've taken several items to be framed over the years and regularly had to return them for being off-centre or slipping after a few days. The proprietor (Susan) is rude and arrogant beyond belief and regards any work brought to the gallery as a personal favour that she will grudgingly accept. Her rudeness during my last visit was the last straw and I left without leaving the job. Everyone I've spoken to who knows the business feels the same way. Never again!

What a lovely place to visit. Not only is the framing excellent! But I also picked up a few amazing gifts for my family for Christmas :) The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for me and I’m a nightmare at picking presents so thank you Blue Moon a very happy customer :)

I have used Sue's skills and expertise for over 20+ years when I have needed any framing or art work done.
Her attention to detail on all my projects has been second to none .
I have some more work that I need addressing in the next few weeks and look forward to seeing her and the team soon. 10/10 Highly recommend .

The art work in this shop is fabulous and I was really looking forward to visiting the shop. unfortunately I had the same experience as some of the other reviewers in that the lady in the shop was extremely disinterested, unhelpful and clearly did not want to be bothered with framing my small piece of artwork. As others have stated I have gone elsewhere and frankly would have gone anywhere or just left it unframed after the exceptionally poor customer service given.

Superb gallery and excellent framing service. The gallery owner is exceptionally knowledgeable and approachable. I can only presume that a recent personal negative review was written by a particularly difficult and vindictive customer.

The staff and customer care was amazing. So friendly and helpful, will definitely be returning. And WOW, the stock of glass ware and gifts are all beautiful
