Brilliant classes, always friendly laid back atmosphere. I started these classes by myself and was immediately put at ease, jade really knows how to get the best out of every client. I have seen such an improvement in myself would 100% reccomend.

Fantastic class, fantastic teacher

I started classes after a postpartum injury. A year ago, I could hardly move from pain. Thanks to these classes, I am finally mobile and active again. Jade pays close attention to individual needs / limitations, providing plenty of alternatives so that every single person can fully participate. The best thing is that she keeps it fun, making the exercises easier to get through!

Had a really great experience here. Jade is a great teacher and the classes are very relaxing. Great way to destress after a hard day at the office.
