I highly recommend Grace for her expertise in postnatal Pilates. I have benefited in many ways and gained real value mentally, physically and emotionally - twice!

Firstly, her group classes with your baby are a great place to meet new mums and have some ‘you’ time. Grace is supportive, observes individual ability and encourages us to do what our bodies need, be it relaxation, strengthening, recovery or all of the above!

Having identified that I have some stomach separation, I also had a 1:1 session with Grace... her knowledge of the body and nutrition gave me even more confidence that I am on track back to my pre-baby body.

Although recovery is slow, Grace’s calm, positive and encouraging nature mean I would highly recommend her to all new mums!

I have been going to Graces post natal Pilates classes since my son was born 7 months ago and they are fantastic. Grace is very attentive - she ensures everyone has the right positioning, everyone is feeling what they should be and she checks in to ensure you are individually ready for particular exercises and how you are progressing.

In the mummy and baby classes, it is extremely relaxed and Grace helps walk the unsettled babies around whilst running the class so everyone benefits from the class.

Grace also offers a members package where you can sign up to receive equipment, videos and ongoing support which is excellent.

Overall, Grace offers a complete post natal service and I am yet to experience any other classes like these. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I absolutely loved doing prenatal Pilates with Grace. Having never done Pilates before and not enjoying my pregnancy at all, starting these classes really turned me around. Grace is so knowledgeable about pregnant bodies & preparing for labour as well as preventing any long term damage postnatally. I also did a hypnobirthing course with Grace which was so useful and built the foundation to coping with my labour. Really recommend these classes and meeting Grace has had a very positive effect on my entrance to motherhood. Looking forward to starting postnatal classes too!

I highly recommend Grace as an expert Pilates teacher. I have been fortunate enough to attend her postnatal (mum and baby) classes, which have been incredibly helpful to restore the postnatal body. Her classes are well-structured, using a range of small equipment whilst working on the mat. Her expertise, care and precision to improve your technique and form makes the classes really effective and enjoyable. Grace's instructions are really clear, and she is quick to provide helpful corrections, as well as giving modifications. As a side note, Grace's online Zoom Pilates sessions have been wonderfully restorative, and she has been so generous and thoughtful to her clients during this unprecedented time.

I’ve seen so many Pilates teachers but Grace is the best by far. Both pregnancy and post natal classes (with & without baby) are incredible and she is able to tailor classes really well to your needs. She genuinely cares and is so helpful for general health & wellbeing advice. You won’t regret giving her classes a go!

Grace's classes have been fantastic in helping me recover from my second c-section and lower-back pain I've been experiencing. Grace has really helped me to understand the fundamentals of re-building my core strength properly and at the right pace, all within a really friendly, supportive environment. I didn't realise how important this kind of rehabilitation is for my body until I started the classes and it really was one of the best decisions I made during my maternity leave!

I have been attending Graces postnatal pilates class now for nearly a year and a half since the arrival of my twins and just wish I’d known about her before I had my first child.

I’ve learnt so much about my body, how to improve my core strength along with every day tips and quick exercises that even busy mumS can do.

Her additional classes on her website allow you to access all of the videos at a time which suits you, and again are very informative, personal and varied.

I love the small classes, the attentiveness of Grace herself to remember everyone’s own personal issues ensuring she adapts elements which may not be suitable, helping to build trust and confidence in her clients.

The additional services she has also provided during the lockdown period, tailoring her classes to move online and adding additional seminar on relevant topics, shows Graces professionalism and passion for what she does.

Grace is a brilliant teacher - patient, intuitive and supportive. She really knows her stuff and is obviously passionate about a holistic and highly personalised approach. It was the perfect re-entry into exercise after having children and I only wish I’d started with her earlier. Her classes cater to all abilities and are an oasis of calm in an often chaotic week. I also think the transition to online classes has been really smooth. I don’t know how she manages to give her class attendees so much individual attention through those small Zoom screens but she does!
