I have been attending these classes for 3 years now and have felt a real benefit. Helen has such a thorough knowledge, using this knowledge to tailor make some exercises to accommodate various injuries or to work on particular problem areas. I have enormous confidence in her ability to make the classes work for me whilst still making them fun and enjoyable.

I would encourage chaps to take up pilates It does improve agility and flexibilty Has helped with my golf and tennis Highly recommend it
The Milford group are good fun
