Pizza Go Go

28 Nov 2019. Bought potato wedges £3.99 and Medium Pizza £5.99

Potato wedges are not like before. Taste and look is different . Not good at all.

Customer service was very very poor. I guess its under new management. And it has become more worse than before.

Ordered pizza and arrived like 1,5 hour later.they always said pizza will come in 15min.
When I called again and again they just cut off my phone . Totally rubbish and rude staff.I do not recommend using pizza Go Go.

Company really needs to teach the employees how to behave with the customer, date 10 January 2023 around 21:00 to 22:00, they behave rudely with an tissues paper!!! Specially one lady who thinks she is owner of the company, really needs to learn how to behave with the customers, very unprofessional staff. Although from our side we made tiny mistakes like it’s take away restaurant, but we thought it is okay to eat at there, because in past we also ate in the restaurant, and not having trouble with the staff but today I really don’t like her behaviour. I don’t have opinions to give 0 star that is what I am giving 1 star. I really like pizza in this restaurant over other but I am not visiting again in my life and all of my friends also. Very very thank you to the staff.

I use to go at your high street branch in London and order so many times as well because it’s just walking distance from my house.
But today we went there and I never feel like this in my life.
We ordered the 15” pizza. We were waiting for pizza and when it was ready I took pizza and we were preparing to eat and at that moment the lady staff said this store is only for take away.
I told her that we came here so many time and eat here as well so she said to me that ok you can eat here but if there is any mess you have to clean it. We were agreed with her. But before today we ate so many times there.
After that we took some extra mayonnaise with 2£ payment.
And at the end when we asked some tissue she said we are not allowing anyone to eat here though we allow you and now you are asking for tissues! I can not give you.
I said that we need some more if you can.
So she gave me two tissue and said don’t come again for more tissues.
This is not the first time I visited any food store nobody tell me anytime that they can not give more tissues.
One more man was came from your staff and asked what happened we told him and he tell the girl that you should give them. And after that they started arguing with each other.
May be your staff don’t want to work there or they don’t understand the value of customers.
By profession I’m working in hospitality but I never show this kind of customer behaviour in my life.
I give one star in review because I have no option to give you zero.
I’ll never come again in your store and will tell my all friends as well.

Ordered a pizza and received it 1 hour 45 minutes later regardless of being 10 minutes walk away from the shop. Called an hour later and the gentleman was nice enough to tell me it was being sorted but 30 mins later a lady answered and was rude enough to cut me off the phone after telling me the weather has affected my delivery and that is should just wait.finally received the order with burnt garlic bread. Called back multiple times and no one picked up the phone.

I don't like the behaviour of employees, especially today 10 January 2023 evening time, a girl who behave rudely to us with full attitude like she is the owner of the shop and customer are rubbish people. We asked for extra mayonnaise by paying 0.50 £, we paid that, but really it was with tissue paper !!!! She told us that we can't get more tissue paper but eventually she gave us, and we asked for her name for giving a review to the company but she refused to say her name, and the manager came and started an argument with us, for tissue paper ?????? Seriously!!! With a 15 inch pizza they gave us only 2 tissue paper, we are 4 people!!

Awesome taste and friendly staff. They never disappoint you if you regarding the quantity of toppings. I wish they also provide some dine-in experience but overall it is good.

Very worst. We have ordered chicken flemingo wings and pizza today. Pizza was ok but the quality of chicken is worst; took a bite and vomited, the chicken is rotten.
