Napoli Pizza

Shocking company, Ive used these a lot over the years, never again! Taking orders then cancelling as by their own admission 'we're really busy' Try telling that to my hungry 8yr old who's been promised pizza! Luckily you have lots of competitors who are able to keep up!

Unfortunately not a good review. 2 hours from placing my on line order. Margarita pizza tough and luke warm. Mexican pizza very nice but luke warm. Chips luke warm. Haven't had a takeaway from here since before lockdown. Disappointing. Won't order again. Could do better Napoli.

I ordered a pizza and chicken at 5.15 on 28th July.... I waited 2 hours for nothing to arrive, I called after 1 hour to be told my food. was 5 minutes away... Still Nothing arrived.
I've reported the issue to JustEat and am currently awaiting a refund.

Do not use . You will be I’ll . Food is dangerous. If you like changing your pants eat their food . Hope you have good teeth

Ordered pizza at 5pm. At 6:20 I called to see where my food was and they said it was on way. Food finally arrived at 7:15 which was cold and burnt and was inedible to eat.When I call to complain they made the excuse there was rain and road works everywhere and refused to give me a refund

Waited an hour to check on order on just eat to see it was cancelled not sure what happened but I have ordered from here for years from my previous address and now new address just hope it does not happen again as I do like the food and delivery charge is fair not over priced like most places now......

We received our food last night freezing cold, today both my children have been sick they was fine before this food I will never ever order from here again

Will rip you off! Check your order and cost before leaving the shop. Food tastes nice but they'll over charge you. Would like to support a local business but they're dishonest. Such a shame

Added: Tried again to give benefit of the doubt and same result. Charged but items missing. Went back to complain as I hate being ripped off but they were full of excuses. Food OK at a push. Shame to say avoid but they're consistently unreliable and will rip you off
