Embers Pizza & Grill (Northampton)

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Around half an hour after making my order I received a call saying they could not find the address (which is rubbish as I live on a main road) they then said they’re cancelling the order. After this I decided to order else where. Later on the original order turned up (I decided to cancel my repeat order elsewhere and pay for the delivery) when we opened up the order A LOT of the order was missing, chips, sides etc. We contacted the restaurant and was told to call the next day and they’ll resend the order on the house as an apology GREAT! However upon calling back they denied all that happened and became very rude! Awful place and will not be ordering here again and advise others not to do so.

Asked if the burgers were fresh, they said "yes". Food was cold, and the guy that served me was rude and tried to blame the mayonnaise he put on the burger lol !! I sat in the car outside the shop so not like I travelled with the food !! Waste of money eating here !!

They are under new management thankfully, and it shows!
Two really good pizzas, delivered hot, in good time. Polite driver. My new default take-away in Northampton.

Took my money but never delivered my food; glorified thieves.

Tried again, 22nd May 2021 - no better.

This shop is in kettering road northampton. They so nice and good they cook fresh in front and serve and they are very quick as well. I love the burger from this shop I'll suggest others to try the burgers from here they are really very good. In this shop when you buy the wings make sure they do only grill wings which is very good as well.

We ordered some chicken,lamb kebab,mushrooms,garlic bread.Everything was disgusting.I was very disappointed.After 30 min.I had tummy ache and my husband was vomiting in the night and the two boys had diarrhea next day.
Awful experience.Never in my life.

Absolutely disgusting food I ordered my food at 10 at night and it didn't turn up till 12 at night because they claim they didn't even get my order when the pay went through. The
Bbq chicken tastes awful will never be ordering from these again.
