Pizza Express

We had a pizza party at Sidcup Pizza Express for my son and his friends. They all had an amazing time. Alfie was a fantastic host. He got all the children involved and engaged and made sure that the party ran smoothly. We would definitely recommend and have another pizza party at this venue

Superb staff on the day we visited. They were helpful and despite us being the last customers there, there was absolutely no attempt to push us out quickly. A new pizza on their menu was delicious. Shame their coffee machine was not working (and they had run out of Diet Coke - what!) Very pleasant dining experience.

Very attentive and efficient waiter who served our party of 11 with no stress! The food was lovely (I had vegan options)... In my opinion, the drinks were expensive, (a small glass of rosé £8) but I'm the type of person who asks for tap water! However, as the adults all downloaded the 'Pizza Express App', we benefitted from free doughballs and some discounted pizzas which brought our bill down a bit!
The main thing is, my granddaughter enjoyed this pre-celebration of her 18th birthday tomorrow!

Appalling service, would rather serve the delivery drivers before customers,
Pizza had a hair in it so will be reporting to environmental health due to poor standard, Manager didn’t really care about it and just said “I’ll swap it” also tried to be clever and remember the order instead of writing it down and got it wrong so when food arrived we got a pizza instead of pasta, too cold due to door always being opened with all the delivery drivers, mostly young staff with not a clue about customer service! Won’t be returning to this one !!

Family meal for eleven. Online booking process was straightforward. Warm welcome. Service was very good. Food was fine although not outstanding. Mostly pizza on offer of course as you'd expect with other dishes like lasagne also available. I just think it lacks a bit of atmosphere/intimacy but not everyone is looking for that. There is free parking available in nearby streets if required.

I recently visited Sidcup Pizza Express after having a disappointing experience in the Bexleyheath branch. I can honestly say it was day and night difference between the two. From the staff to the food. The waiters were very welcoming when we arrived and promptly seated us. The waiter for our table a young chap called Alfie was fabulous, very polite in his way of speaking, respectful and helpful. We were a bit of a nightmare when ordering desert but he was very patient and having a laugh with us. The food was really delicious 😋. Thank you Sidcup brach and wonderful Alfie for the superb dining experience.
