Pizza Hut Delivery

I ordered a veggie supreme today and it came with meat on it. I called up politely and explained the situation, by this time we had already thrown the pizza in the bin as she couldn’t have eaten it and we had all eaten ours already and just wanted a refund by this point. He then said he would come and collect it and bring a fresh one, I politely explained I would rather just have a refund as my mother was no longer hungry, and pizza was already in the bin. He then gave me his personal mobile, made me send pictures and then called off of a landline number demanding my address and saying ‘no pizza here, no refund’ then when I explained again he just hung up the phone.
Would give -3 stars if I could, avoid avoid avoid!!!

In total my cold pizza delivery from this store was 45 mins late from the scheduled time . The driver cannot find my street and shout with me aggressively in phone. The driver also refuse to come to my street but ask me wait him on the main road for almost 30 minutes! This store did manage to deliver hot and satisfied pizza on time for many times last year. I will share it with everyone I know and not call any pizza delivery from pizza hut again.

The issue that I have experienced was: I made an order via online. This is the night before my girlfriend goes travelling and won't see her for a long time. When I paid via visa checkout it said I had paid and took me back to the pizza hut website. I didn't get an email or any order confirmation so I phoned up the shop and asked if my order was placed. I was told it was and they confirmed my address back to me.
After waiting an hour I phoned the shop and asked where my order was. I was then asked to wait and the phone was put on the side whilst I listened to shouting and what sounded like arguing for 8 minutes. I was then told an order wasn't placed. I got told to phon customer services. I'm am now currently on the phone and have been for the last 20 minutes with no answer.
This has ruined the night really.

My delivery man Harry was amazing!! He was so friendly and even chased up on a missing pizza for me that I didn’t get and delivered it so quickly, he was lovely!! Super good service from Harry !!

Delivery was 40 minutes late. Both Liza were cold. The veggie one had a piece of chicken on it. Had to call several times as they kept putting the call on hold to managerAhmed who offered to remake and send them but we had waited so long and my veggie partner didn’t trust their preparation practices if they had allowed Chicken on a vegetarian pizza.

Had to fill in Pizza Huts laborious online form to complain. Not. Good experience.

20 minutes late without any explanation, pizza arrived and was pretty much cold. Bare minimum amount of toppings and my mac and cheese side was also cold.

No garlic and herb dip either which your supposed to get with every order of pizza. Plus the box had been squashed so my pizza did not look particularly appealing.

Extremely dissapointing, will not be going here again.

I drove from North Baddesley to collect my order from Portswood, having ordered a Beyond Three Meat Three Cheese. When I arrived home I found that I had a pizza with one Beyond Meat and peppers. I called the branch to tell them and they proceeded to tell me that this was what I ordered, as on their receipt it said Beyond Meat Supreme. That pizza is not even an option on the menu! I was also told on the phone that they only had the one type of Beyond Meat. I should have been told this at the time of ordering. I was offered another pizza but was expected to drive out to collect again, to spend another 30 mins in the car, only to still not have what I wanted. Not a great experience in my opinion.

Pepsi diet instead of 7up free and chicken wins instead of potato wedges. Both in the same delivery.
