Pizza Hut Delivery

Come here occasionally, not sure why the reviews are so bad, I’ve never had an issue… friendly stuff, great pizza, £5 for 2 people is a great price - much appreciated guys, keep it up!

Poor customer service skills over the phone. Not quite sure who the person thinks he’s talking to. Next time I receive this service I will come to the store and speak with manager. Whatever frustration he has, it is poor professionalism to take it out on me as I am a regular customer. So rude over the phone. Answering by saying how can I help and then straight away putting me on hold. So appalled. Called at 18:05 04.08.22

Should br with minus. Told them about 2 ingredients that I don't want on the pizza , they put me on hold for like 10 minutes then told me that pizza has been already made. Go somewhere else , thank me later.

I didn’t even get a chance to order a any food I was waiting in the shop for 10 mins trying to gain someone’s attention. The worker saw me then went round the back to continue what he was doing ignoring me essentially.

The BEST GF pizza base omg!! So so so good and Vishal was so helpful on the phone. Defo moved to #1 for us in terms of pizza delivery!

Always have problems with orders here and staff are usually slow to help or apologise. Oh and they are always asking for good reviews.

Customer service was terrible, I was trying to get the attention of a staff member because we were waiting at the front till for 5 plus minutes and no one came, she heard me call her out and yet didn’t even care to look and come forward. Finally someone attended us and the service was horrible- he looked like he didn’t even want to work or speak to us at all. To add on, they wore no masks whilst preparing food and whilst speaking to us. Disgusting!!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
