DONT EVER ORDER FROM HERE!! Doesn't even deserve one star!!

Update: still cannot get through and they are now CLOSED and I'm still waiting for my garlic bread with cheese and my potato wedges WHICH I PAID FOR! Furious isn't even the word!! I've contacted there head office too! They shouldn't be able to get away with this!

Just ordered a pizza from here waited over an hour! When we checked the food there where things missing paid extra for garlic bread with cheese we didn't receive it!! Instead they gave us 2 boxes of chicken wings and chicken strips!! Totally outraged by this called them, they said they would send me the missing items up to now we are still waiting! Then to top it OFF the pizza was stone cold called them back and no answer been calling them for over an hour! If I didn't have the kids I would of gone down there! Waste of money waste of time!!!!!

The worst Pizza Hut franchise there has ever been. I'd ordered as Domino's was closed today - Forgetting the amount of hassle I'd had over the years ordering here. They're the most inefficient, incompetent and rude staff you'll ever come across.

Food will never arrive within an hour, when it arrives it will be cold, or your order will be wrong.

They will not answer the phone and when they do, they'll hang up straight away. Or they'll be rude.

Not the best experience at a pizza hut. Took over an hour get deliver and I live like 10 minutes away. When I phoned, the lady on the phone was a bit unprofessional. Pizza came and was warm and after 2 slices it completely went cold. I'm not a happy customer.

I ordered a pizza took hour and a half to come half and half pizza all bbq base but gt half tomato when both pizza comes as bbq and the crust was burnt and it tasted like a cheap pound pizza from icelands. my pizza was luke warm. i ordered cheesecake but it ran out was not notifed till it was delivered. tried calling 10 times to see where my pizza was no one answered. delivery driver didn't even apologize and was rude to me when i asked where the dessert was that i ordered. I used to order often but I will never again they have changed all the staff and it has just gone down hill. won't be suprised if it gets shutdown.

Avoid at all costs.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. I waited for 2 hours and when the food arrived it was cold. The driver at first tried to refuse to do his job and bring the food to my door and asked my young daughter to come downstairs to collect it. When I called up to find out where my food was they didn't answer the phone for a whole hour. I will NEVER order from this place again. By far the worst pizza I've ever tasted and very rude staff.

After ordering a pizza and specifically removing onions in favour of another topping, I was disgusted to receive a pizza with plenty of onions stuffed under the cheese. I'm intolerant to them, hence removing them, but had already eaten a few slices before realising. I would have sent it back, but we'd already waited 50 minutes for three pizzas! Shocking service, won't order from again.

I felt like I had to leave a positive review as I had a good experience with this place. My order arrived within the estimated time of arrival and the pizzas were perfect. By that I mean, in the past, I have felt that Pizza Hut pizzas had too much tomato sauce, making the pizzas taste too sweet. The pizzas I ordered had a perfect balance of ingredients.

There are many negative reviews of this place, just remember that people who have good experience with a place are less likely to leave a review than someone who has a negative experience.

ansolutely dreadful service. I have never had such chaotic and awful experience ever!!!. service 0, delivery 0, collection 0 (couldn't find my pizza even when i decided to go collect it), orders missing and when i called they promised they will deliver it. Am still waiting till date. Absolutely ridiculous. Stay away staffs are rude too
