Pizza Hut Delivery

The employees there just ignore you if you walk in so try and avoid that if you can. It's best to order for collection if you're local. Usually have decent deals going on too. Pizza has always been cooked properly and they've never messed up our order so no complaints there

Ordered 2 large pizzas, 1 medium and garlic bread. It didn’t arrive when expected so we called and spent 15mins on the phone to track it down. We were assured that, despite the delays, the pizzas would arrive hot and fresh.
1.5hrs after ordering, it finally arrives cold and missing half the order. As I write this, we’re awaiting the rest of the order but I’m not holding my breath!

Another Friday night where there are no drivers. Managed to start placing an order, but get to payment and they have turned off delivery. What is going on with your staffing issues? Sort them out. When we do finally get to place an order, it's so hit and miss. Don't bother, you'll only be disappointed.

Absolutely tasteless. There was barely any tomato sauce on mine. We ordered the classic crust which is supposed to be a thin crust but if what they delivered is considered a thin crust I can't imagine how thick a thick crust must be like. Some of the slices were mostly just crust. Very disappointed. Never again.

Pizzas were ordered well in advance for my daughters birthday and never arrived!!!! No one at the hut took responsibility blamed each other or on staff shortages.
I was not given refund and was asked to go through online request process. Overall I had a very bad experience.
