Pizza Hut Delivery

After a significantly long wait, was greeted with a pizza my wife and I were thoroughly enjoying. Only after a few slices realising the fake meat was indeed real baby cow :( my wife’s in tears now as she’s a hardcore vegetarian and has been her whole life. Devastated

This is the worst Pizza Hut that an order can be placed at! I really think a supervisor or manager needs to make a plan to find a solution for the ongoing lack of terrible food and continuous delivery issues. This Pizza Hut has made me hate everything about the franchise and I will never order from Pizza Hut again. The first terrible issue was when I placed my first order 4 weeks prior to this one and my pizza's arrived burnt and they did not keep to delivery time as promised I had to wait over an hour (reason being only one driver) to ofcourse find burnt pizza's. I then spent time to complain as some branches may take things onto board and change thing's.

As a good will they had provided me with a £25 e-voucher which I went ahead and made a terrible decision to use today. My order again took longer then they mentioned and then there was a missing item this time. I contacted the branch and again was given an excuse of there only being one driver and the delivery of the item would take more that 45 minutes (ofcourse the item never arrived).

This place has now let me down twice and I would never advise anyone to purchase from here. It's disgusting to pay for a service as important as food and for them to be so awful at it. If a delivery problem is an issue for over 4 weeks in my understanding there is a unorganised staffing issue that should of been resolved by now. We all want to recieve best for the money we spend!

I phoned to order delivery and i was told that they don't deliver to n9?? I've lived here for 10 years and i have ordered from them in the past...
Guy on the phone was rude as hell too, don't bother eating at places where the staff have nasty attitudes

Cheese missing of pizza and pepperoni pizza too small . Sides cold and pizza very late

I never leave reviews but I have made an exception for an amazing employee at the Edmonton branch.

My food just got delivered and not only was I missing my garlic bread but I received 2 boxes of wings which I thought I didn’t order.

The driver had left and I headed straight to my phone to call and give whoever answered the phone a piece of my mind. I am sure everyone has experienced how annoying it is when your order gets messed up.

To my surprise a very helpful Kerryn answered the phone, polite and helpful! Long story short, we both realised we both made mistakes with the order. He quickly de-escalated the situation and even managed to leave me laughing and smiling as the call ended.

Now a days it’s hard to receive good customer service, so when it does happen you have to be grateful.

Kerryn just for you I kept my word.

Absolute shambles of a store. Rashid the store manager was disrespectful and rude and the three members of staff i spoke to messed up my order, promised me a redelivery which never arrived and then promised me a free pizza which there was no trace of when I attempted to redeem it.

If i could give this no stars i would. Customer service is non existent. They made a mistake with my order and when I brought it to their attention, they were disgusting and rude! Didn’t fix anything.
Never again will i order from here.

Regular customer, used to be me misses favourite weekend takeaway. Ordered a large from Edmonton PH, called 8pm to complain about the fly found and they said a new one would be sent out, called again 8:45pm when nothing arrived and they told us they wouldn’t send a new one because we had to send back the old one! Can’t be bothered with this place anymore!
