Helpful staff, wide range of products available, prices are very reasonable (comparable with screwfix). They are open long hours, 7 days a week. That's the kind of local business I can get behind. Amongst many things we bought our toilet from here, noticed a possible manufacturing issue with the glazing on the inside of the waste. We rang them up, they quickly managed to get a replacement for us. There were no issues that we had had it quite a while and didn't have our receipt. I couldn't ask for more from a local business.

Travelled from Leeds to buy a Worcester 30cdi classic regular boiler, but when I arrived it was a 30cdi system boiler. Maybe if staff had more product knowledge rather than just selling off contract support boilers this could have been avoided. Man behind counter admitted they don't have any boiler knowledge. Not really sure why they sell boilers then???

Called for a boiler told none in not 1 single boiler and I had to wait for the manager to come back on friday. Most unhelpful given they have loads advertised. Something feels fishy prices too good to be true

Yes a decent d I Y centre in colne tucked away there, everything for the plumber and the electrician,! Nice tools in there, everything you need realy! Freindly young chap behind the counter, yes it's definately a good place to go, well discounted tools, verry good! 👍

Poor customer service, shocking delivery service don't turn up when booked in & when your unable to carry a heavy item in, they return when your out leave it outside & let you deal with it when you return, don't return calls, stay clear.
