After finding a leak from our bathroom toilet, I took photos of the pipes and connections and went to AMS. Showed them the pics - the guy looked at the pictures with me and told me exactly what I needed to replace. Didn’t need to get a plumber - fixed it myself. Thanks guys.

sold me a syphon for my toilet when my usual plumbers was closed, after telling the guy that i wasn't sure how the sizing works, i showed him a photo of the old one and he still sold me the wrong one, he charged nearly double for the exact same one as toolstation ,but i thought be worth it to get correct one,,on trying to fit it, it was the wrong one, so took it back to get a smaller one ,,they never had a smaller one so asked for a refund ,that they refused ,only bought it a few days earlier went to toolstation who helped me out ,never be back at this place

Recommended by a friend who is a plumber to try AMS. A very positive experience the guy in the shop was very helpful and sorted all I needed. When I said I may not be able to fit the radiator in my car he offered next day delivery. Superb service well done everyone at AMS Southport cheers Paul
