Great advice and service. A little tricky to find though.

The bathroom design service was superb - Carol advised us and was incredibly knowledgeable and ensured we considered alternate designs and products, usually cheaper ones. The recommended plumber was also excellent and we now have wonderful bathrooms (we went back for 2 further bathrooms after being so impressed with the first).

I've used them a few times and each time I found them to be knowledgeable helpful and cooperative with my lack of plumbing knowledge and their obvious high level plumbing knowledge. Prices have been better than I found elsewhere and I bought a set of taps for the bathroom that are really nice quality and were not phenomenally expensive. Certainly they were much nicer than you find in some of the chain stores. I'd recommend.

Went here today to get my grandad a new comfort height toilet. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They were brilliant and made us feel completely at ease even though we had no idea what we were doing. Thank you so much for all your help and advice! Genuinely will never go anywhere else again.

Jerry helped me re-plumb a cistern to get maximum flush. He suggested I take the cistern down there. He then ordered and trial fitted the parts in the cistern. Worked like a chalm; excellent customer service!

Saturday morning trip to Stevenage Plumbing mains feed to the house leaking 7 to 10 day wait for contractor to fix. two guys in the spares department could not be more helpful right pipe and fittings and great advice all fixed two hours later

Recommended. They do not just sell what you need at great prices they are so much more helpful than the usual run of the mill retailers. If you jave any queries, not sure what to do what you need they will happily help you and give great advice. Set up is more trade counter but its open to all and it saves searching, ask and you will get. Go to counter around back not the showroom if you need bits.
