We ordered a filter for our sink tap nozzle at our holiday home this half term, quoted £5.90 for postage (which is for items over 1kg. The filter only weighs a few grams). Told it would take 7 -10 working days. It didn't arrive for over 3 weeks, in fact after we had go back. We had to compensate our guests £30 for not being able to use the sink.
I emailed to say that I wasn't happy but still needed the item. I thought I should be refunded the postage as it was so late with no explanation or communication. I was refused abruptly and told I would only get a refund if I returned the part at my own cost. Absolutely no idea about customer service, rip-off postage and no compromise made. I was told they actually made a loss on sending it out as they had to order it internationally, but they had not informed me that it would be delayed. I would never have ordered it if I knew it would be late. Don't trust this company with your money or time. Don't even deserve the one star
When the suite arrived, they checked it all for flaws / damage before they delivered it.
One small order issue was sorted effiecently with no fuss.
I'm very glad that I did not go on line for the suite. As it worked out , the costs were the same as on line for better products and superb customer service made ordering a doddle.
Don't waste your time with these guys. Total waste of time and money.
We paid £10 postage which was for 4-5 days and it took 10 days. We wished we had changed the entire toilet now because it would have been a whole lot cheaper.
Fairly priced as well. I will return and will recommend.
