This is one of the best shops around, very friendly and helpful even to non professional plumbers such as me. Always willing to help, no matter how busy they are. It's a shame shops like this are disappearing fast. Well done Butlers!

I am not familiar with lever taps but mine were dripping badly. No Plumbing firms were willing to take on such a small job. I went to Butlers for advice and they were very, very helpful. They gave me the number of Mark Adamson who does small jobs. He came round within 2 hours, spent 20 minutes on site and sorted the problem. Very Happy!!!!! The guys at Butlers were like the good old days where you would go into a store, there would be a man in a brown coat behind the counter and you would say 'I need a thingummy for my whatsit' and he would reach out to a shelf behind him and get you one. Shame they only go up to 5 stars!!
