Needed replacement mixer tap for bathroom wasbasin. None suitable in stock - new one ordered - told it would take a couple of days Collected it today (3 days later) - dealt with 3 members of staff: 2 counter staff & 1 on telephone - excellent customer service from all 3. Recommended

I had great service from John, he made sure I had everything I needed for my installation, his prices were as cheap as the internet, but his advice saved me money on what I bought.

I always go here for my plumbing stuff. The staff are always do their best to help out and prices are competitive. One time I needed a solar pump which they couldn’t supply but they searched and phoned me back with a supplier who could. I really appreciate the consistently good and pleasant service over the years - rare these days.

Proper old fashioned plumbers merchant. Free advice, stocks hard to find items and a chunk cheaper that the big boys.

Great place, staff friendly and very helpful. They will always try and work out a way to help with a problem. Good old-fashioned service and been around for 37 years so obviously doing something right. 🙂
