Ordered a stand for our fish tank we received a call from Paul saying that the item had been discontinued. We were offered a full refund or an alternative. We opted for the alternative which was delivered quickly. The item was well packed and to be fair looks better than the original order. Really appreciated the phone call which made sorting everything out so easy. Can't recommend these people enough. Will definitely be using them again.

4 days after making an order, no dispatch, no response to email. Friendly on phone but it was only after I called that they bothered to go and look for the item (which they did not have). Then completely unrelated to my query they tried to tell me why they would not recommend the item I purchased, I presume to make me feel better about them failing to delivery after keeping my money for almost a week.

Friendly, but poor service.

Fast delivery, ordered on Monday evening with express shipping, delivered on Wednesday afternoon.

Bit of a lack of communication, no order confirmation email or dispatch email which would help alleviate some worries I had after reading the negative reviews. But all in all, good service and the pump head I ordered was in great condition. Perhaps just suffering some issues with their order status system.

Excellent Service, very fast delivery, I ordered filter pads and impellor for the wrong model of filter, I returned the wrong products and had the correct ones shipped out very quickly! I now always purchase my filter supplies here

Really good experience dealing with this company. Have no idea why there are numerous negative reviews. Ordered Aquaone Vogue 245, and numerous accessories. Tank arrived on a pallet service to the door in perfect condition, not so much as a tear or scuff on the packaging.

Good comms by Daniel arranging delivery with us, and what number we were on the delivery list on the day and an estimated delivery time. They did forget to put in a background we ordered and thermometer, but a quick email and this was rapidly resolved and posted the same day.

So even if you have an issue they were quick to resolve. Will definitely use them again, and the prices of Aquaone goods were the cheapest I could find by a long way, especially the tank and cabinet set.

As others have stated, some of the reviews are very unfair. Things are taking ages to arrive from so many companies at present. Don't people realise there is a plague running rife around the world ? Supply chains are affected everywhere and lets face it, so many products come from China these days so it's hardly surprising that companies stocks can run low.
Anyway, I ordered some parts from my tank and they were with me within two days. I have used this company over the years and never had any issues. No complaints from me.
I am more than happy to recommend them.

Placed an order and paid extra for quicker delivery. No updates of delivery, tried calling a number of times with no answer, no reply to email. I hope I'll be getting the post cost refunded as its not arrived. Don't think I will be ordering from this place again
