Middleton Post Office & Stores

I got used to the previous owners having seen so many generations of people running the shop over the years and was saddened and concerned when they left that the shop might suffer. Anything but, the new owners are very friendly, have done a lot with the stock available and prices are competitive. .

Considering the limited space available they've made more use of what is there.

Best of luck for the future in the village, I feel this vital community store and post office is in safe hands.

Met the new owner yesterday. He's pleasant and getting stuck into the PO side of the shop.
A new layout to the shop side already.
I really look forward to the New Hours of Opening, which will be welcomed by early passing through local trade.

All staff not wearing masks both at the till and on the shop floor, in an unventilated and confined shop where it is not possible to distance. Would be safer with door open and staff wearing masks.

Just met the new owner... what a lovely man. I look forward to buying more at my local convenience store. Longer hours already!

Nice friendly chap, open till 7pm! V handy!

Would be nice if he put his COVID-19 face mask over his mouth & nose & not around his neck. They certainly are not cheap & wont enter detail manually to send a package because the barcode reader wont work. Will use the nice lady's at east winch from now on.
