Hellesdon Post Office

Like any post office there's always a wait for service.

The lady who work in post office is rude and ignored my request.

Always found the staff friendly and courteous.
You will quite often have a queue as Post Office business can take time.

Very rude and arrogant staff. Stand behind the counter laughing at you.

You get a 1 star review based on one particular member of staff. This person seems to take great delight in not being able to serve you and is exceptionally rude as other reviews state. My advise if you can go to fifers lane or Aylsham road. Both have great staff

Hellesdon Post Office and the staff there have always been so helpful and kind. Never have I seen anyone other than with a smile on their face. I see Kirsty the most who is absolutely lovely as is Debbie. I see Sandy and Lucy less often but again these are always so helpful and kind. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

So slow!!!!!
