Been coming here to post my packages over the year and have not had any issues with the staff or my post etc. Bear in mind they are also running a local shop and it's regularly busy with people coming and going for different various things. I have found them to be very nice and patient.

Good post office and lovely people, I never go anywhere else to post anything anymore! They have always kept my parcels safe and sound, and their opening hours are convenient for those with 9-5 jobs.

Superb service on every occasion, however busy, and throughout the pandemic, for which we locals were very grateful. And the shop is a treasure trove of any and every useful thing a person might need! A very useful and welcome addition to Anerley Road. Please update your opening hours on Google and your new website when you have a moment. Thank you.

Lol. This is not a post office! Nothing ever works . Waste of time. You don't believe me? Have a go at posting a parcel and see the evils you get. Ridiculous.

Claimed they could not find a parcel, then magically appeared after a lot of back and forth, then would not hand over despite seeing ID as the label did not have ‘post office’ on it. It did have customer collection. They said they would return it instead however the company that sent it have said it’s been marked as collected by this post office. Very mysterious…

DO NOT GET PARCELS DELIVERED HERE. They refuse to hand over parcels, even if you have ID proving it's your parcel, in my case they marked as collected after I left so essentially STOLE my parcel
